Bonnie – Lead Singer
Fronting the band with charisma and powerhouse vocals, Bonnie is the beating heart of Bonnie & The Gents. Hailing from Scotland, she brings a unique blend of Celtic soul, international stage experience, and commanding presence to every performance. With years of global gigs under her belt, Bonnie has the rare ability to captivate a crowd from the very first note—delivering every song with emotion, energy, and style. GeD – Bass Guitar
Meet Ged, our fantastic new bass player! Well known around the Lancashire music scene, Ged brings not only serious groove but serious class to the band. With a talent for weaving intricate, complex bass lines that elevate every track, he’s as comfortable locking in a funky rhythm as he is laying down something more refined. He also owns and plays a double bass, adding a rich, vintage flavour when the moment calls for it. Beyond the music, Ged’s a true gentleman—reliable, down-to-earth, and an absolute pleasure to work with on and off stage.
Wayne – Lead Guitar / Backing Vocals
Wayne is our lead guitarist and an absolute powerhouse on stage. He pulls off the seemingly impossible with ease—delivering iconic, crowd-pleasing guitar riffs while simultaneously harmonizing beautifully with Bonnie’s lead vocals. It’s a rare blend of technical brilliance and vocal finesse that adds real magic to our live sound. Whether it’s a soaring solo or a subtle harmony, Wayne nails it every time, bringing both energy and musicality to every performance. His calm, focused presence makes him a rock-solid bandmate and a vital part of our sound.
Nigel – Drums, Percussion and Backing Vocals
Nigel is the rhythmic backbone of the band, with a musical repertoire that seems to have no limits. There’s barely a song he doesn’t already know, and his instinctive feel for groove makes every performance tight, dynamic, and irresistibly toe-tapping. Having played with some of the North West’s finest bands, Nigel brings a level of experience and professionalism that shines through in every beat. Whether it’s a subtle shuffle or a high-energy anthem, he drives the set with precision and flair, all while keeping the vibe relaxed and fun.
Matt – Keyboards
Matt is our keyboard maestro, bringing depth, authenticity, and a meticulous ear for detail to every performance. His playing adds that extra layer of richness that makes each song come alive—whether it’s the warmth of a vintage organ, the shimmer of strings, or the sparkle of a grand piano.
